Short Bio
Lev Tramana is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and producer whose music is influenced by folk, folk-rock and rock from the 60s & 70s, as well as the sounds of the Arabian and the East. Lev Tramana is trying to shape the sound of mystic folk-rock.
His Romani heritage sparked a fascination with the storytelling, myth, and symbolism in gypsy musical tradition. Lev blends East and West in his music, using raw and honest folk-inspired lyrics and mystical melodies.
He attributes his uncut sound to his time in Bristol, UK where he lived for 10 years and worked with talented musicians. Lev has been a singer, guitarist, and composer for the gypsy folk-rock band, The Man and The Lake, touring Europe and playing gigs and festivals in the UK. He has also played at the Postcrypt Coffeehouse in New York, which has hosted many up-and-coming folk musicians, including Jeff Buckley.
Music
Lev's new EP "Ravensara Part Two" will be available on all streaming platform on the 5/09/2025. He released a self-recorded and self-produced album "Ravensara Part One" on the 1/03/2024. The first two singles: "The 27th Vision" and "How Do You Heal?" have been released on the 28/10/2022 and the 24/03/2023 all major streaming platforms.

Predominantly, Lev's live act today is composed of two different sets: one is performed with acoustic guitar and voice to create a personal connection with the audience, while the second with a full band in order to do justice to, the landscapes and traditions he is so inspired by and which he visualises in his music.
